Ned Moore
Meet Ned Moore! Ned is the Transition Coordinator for the Transition Program at SHS Altoona. This program provides education and life skills to students who are 15 years of age and older. These skills provide the students with the experiences and knowledge they need to prepare them for life after school. Ned also enjoys helping the students prepare lunch every Thursday.
