Meet Ned Moore! Ned is the Transition Coordinator for the Transition Program at Soaring Heights School Altoona Campus. This program provides education and life skills training to students who are 15 years of age and older in our school. These skills provide the students with the experiences and knowledge they need to prepare them for life after school, no matter what that looks like for them. Ned is an integral part of Soaring Heights Schools Altoona preparing kids for their next steps. Ned also enjoys helping the students prepare lunch every Thursday as part of their life skills development.
