The training will be held on Tuesday, October 11 from 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM. The training is free and open to the public. On-site daycare will be provided.
Dr. Hunter will discuss toilet training, feeding and planning meals, sleeping, and handling other day-to-day activities as the parent or guardian of a child with autism.
Dr. Hunter has years of experience working with and developing programming for students with autism spectrum disorder. Currently, she is a lecturer in the psychology department at Penn State University and serves as a behavioral consultant for Soaring Heights School in State College.
